This Irish item is listed as a Sinn
Fein label from about 1906 by Melville, but it was sold as a local post
and Ireland precurser, according to a catalogue by MacDonald which I haven't
seen yet. Any comments?

Hibernian calls no. 116 a "1907-1916 Sinn Fein Propaganda
Label" and lists 8 varieties. Feldman uses the same appellation but
only lists 4 varieties. The varieties relate to color, with each
printing known in a rough roulette and perf. 15. [Jay Carrigan]

Herewith another of your labels with its picture on a
card. My copy of the label seems the same as your illustration. [Ken Eadie]
