I have always assumed this was a propaganda stamp for the Scottish
Nationalists. They now have their own parliament but still want full
independence.
When you have collected all the info together, why not publish it all, perhaps as a CSC handbook. You would need to sort the items into some sort of order, (not easy) and add appropriate comments. [Chris Chatfield] |
