Welcome to the Rosegarden P.A.L. 2009 Fall soccer season!

Walk-up registrations will no longer be accepted. All registrations must
be submitted either by on-line registration or walk-in registration at the
PAL Offices.

2009 Registration fees are $85 until July 31st.

Late registration fees are $100 beginning August 1st.

For multiple players from the same family, fees are reduced $5 for each additional player.

*Head coaches will receive FREE registration for 1 player per team coached.

Choose registration for the “Rosegarden” district, either “B” for Boy or “G” for Girl.

The same discounts for multiple-player families will apply.

The following items are needed to complete your child’s registration:
• Forms completed
• Registration fee
• A copy of your child’s birth certificate (only for new players)
• Small 1”x1” photo of your child (used for player card)

All registered players will be placed on a team with children of the same age group. Coaches will be making contact with families 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Our season starts on August 29th.
