The Otter Cliffs offer an impressive variety of rock formations at the edge of the sea. The trail along the Park Loop Road changes from wide open vistas to a dark forest canopy as you progress south from Sand Beach. While you can park at the top of the cliffs and look down, to see the best sights you must hike north toward Sand Beach and south toward Otter Point. The two areas are markedly different.
