Indictment for suffering a card table to be used in his house.

And the Grand Jury having no further business before them were by the Court discharged.

James Michael

May Term, 2nd day 1832

And now at this day came the defendant by his attorney, and moves the Court to quash the indictment ordered by the Court. To be continued until the next term of this Court.

This day came the Circuit Attorney as also the defendant in his proper person, and the defendant on reasons filed moved the Court to quash the indictment.  

The Court after hearing the argument of counsel do consider that the said Indictment be quashed, that the defendant be therefrom discharged.
