Kyle

Kyle is an approximately 6 month old black male pup. He's had his shots, is heartworm negative, wormed once, and will be wormed again. He will also be neutered and vetted in the near future.

He was found wandering a main street in Maryland. A kind cocker breeder pulled him from the shelter and notified Rescue. He was brought to Pennsylvania for fostering.

Kyle is a bit on the thin side, but that doesn't stop his puppy antics. He is very playful, gets along well with other dogs and loves to chase the kitty. He's very confident, and his type of temperament needs someone who is cocker savvy - or he will quickly take over the household.

He's eating well, and learning about housetraining. Since he has a few other cocker friends here, this shouldn't take long at all. But, being a very typical puppy, he needs to be watched, or he WILL eat a hole in your favorite sweater or steal that black suede shoe and run all over with it playing the 'chase me' game.

He's crate trained, but prefers to be out of his crate playing with his favorite fuzzy octopus toy - or dragging his blankey around looking for a comfy spot to call his.

Klye was found with loads of fleas and debris in his coat, has been groomed in a puppy cut, but has a few boo-boo's from tick bites. He's on the mend, and is a fun little guy. He should go to a home where there is someone around to finish his houstraining, and preferably a fenced in yard, as he loves to run and play in the leaves. He would also love to have a brother or sister to play with.
