Brazen is
a 4 or 5 year old spayed sable and white and tan girl. She is vet checked, heartworm
negative and on preventative and current on shots.
He was surrendered to Rescue by breeders as part of a deal whereby authorities would
not file neglect charges against them.
Brazen has phenonominal coat texture. After being clipped down in October, it has
grown back into a straight, mat-free gorgeous coat. Giving her what must have been
the second haircut in her life was a one-person job - she behaved that well.
She is housebroken,
good with other dogs and not bothered by cats.
Brazen is happy to see strangers, even jumping on their lap and saying "scratch
my belly" while looking at them with adoring eyes.
She has impaired vision in one eye only due to a cataract. It does not affect her
mobility and the other eye is normal so veterinary recommendations are that cataract
surgery is not necessary.
Her father reportedly is Jackson, who was rescued from another puppy mill closure.
Brazen had appeared as an Outreach Foster as "Missy" when she was being
fostered in New York. She was returned to New Jersey when her foster home went on
an extended vacation. We restored her original name to her.
