Bootsie

Bootsie is a 6 year old spayed black female with white on her chest.. She is being brought up-to-date on shots, and is vet checked, heartworm tested and put on preventative. She is also on daily drops for dry eye.

She was surrendered directly to Rescue by an individual who could not afford her vet's outrageous prices to treat what turned out to be a minor ear infection (which was cured inexpensively in 10 days when she got to Rescue).

Bootsie has a lamb-like coat. She looks best when she is cut down. She was very cooperative for this process.

This is a girl who is happy to see everyone - even when she is lying on her back to get her belly scratched, her entire back end is still moving.

She is housebroken, crate trained, and good on a leash. She appears to be okay with other dogs and gave the cat a kiss (much to the cat's chagrin!).
