The Barlow / Costa Family lives in the Northwest Phoenix area. David was born in Arizona and is a Home Renovation Contractor in the Phoenix area. Jan was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and moved to Phoenix as a teen. Jan is unemployed but currently attending school and Seeking  Employment . Joseph and Jenna were both born in Phoenix and attend public schools here. We have two grand children with two more on the way. Thanks to our older  Children.
