Michael Red Sky is a proud son of the Paint Clan of the Cherokee people.   His learning began with a Stump Ceremony at the tender age of seven.  He has spent his life in ceremony and learning the ways spoken to him by his Elders, those of which are Lily Rose, Grandmothers Johnny and Barbara, Manny Two Feathers and his sister Redfeather.  Through his dedication, built with training from childhood, he has learned to tap into the knowledge of the Old Ones, our spiritual ancestors, the purveyors of wisdom who teach the way of spirit life through example.  He becomes a vessel, a hollow reed,  serving to bring this knowledge and inspiration to others.  He has willingly agreed, with the help of Spirit and the Old Ones, to help those who call upon him to unlock their own immense healing potential.

As a young man, Michael was gifted with great insight through near-death experiences that opened his mind and soul to the message and inspiration of those who have left the earth plane.  Beyond his understanding of his own culture and tribal beliefs, his life path has brought him understanding and experience with many cultures and religions.  He embraces a great sense of compassion and respect for all beliefs.

He has a deep compassion for the circle of life and all that which was created for the company of our Earth Mother in the four direction of the medicine wheel.  He wishes to teach others to tap into the well of goodness that dwells within.  Michael Red Sky desires to share the wisdom of the Old Ones with you.  His gifts are truly unique.

Michael wishes to give thanks to the Creator for life and its gifts.  He also gives thanks to his teachers, first and foremost his mother Lily Rose Redsky; Uncle Manny Two Feathers, Sundance Chief and spiritual advisor of the Two Feathers people; Black Elk, spiritual advisor; his sister White Horse; Grandmothers Johnny and Barbara; Uncle Mad Bears Johnson; Brother Darryl; Sister Theresa and Sister Frances Cabrini of the Sisters of St. Joseph; Sandra Birdtail Redfeather, medicine woman and spiritual advisor; Jesus; Pope John Paul II and Uncle Keith Little Badger, Sheila Little Thunder Bear Weaver, GoNv NaHeem, Spirit Bear who walks in the light of the Creator, his daughter Franchesca, his godchildren and Mamma Bear Melody Two Feathers.

Michael is a committed Sundancer of the Wo Pila Sundance People.
