It's been a while since we updated these pages but we have been busy decorating our home as well as traveling. We are about 85% finished. Roger's office is now under constrution and Dennie has window treatments still to do. |

The front yard is a desert landscape including a dry riverbed running through it. The plants are small now but will shoot up in the spring. |
The curved front walkway is constructed with red "key-lock" brick which has been the talk of the neighborhood. A bistro set welcomes you to sit and relax! |
Entering through the front door you pass through the foyer into the living room. We need lots more decorating to "fill" it up and a few more pieces of furniture some day. |
The dining area adjoins the living room. We've been looking for a chandelier but haven't yet found something we like. |
Looking back from the dining room into the living room gives a good view of the cathedral ceiling and the spaciousness of the house. |
This is a view from the foyer toward the bedroom wing of the house. Roger's office and Dennie's quilting studio are also at this end of the house. |
Here is the family room looking from the island in the kitchen. |
Here we are looking from the family room towards the breakfast room which includes a handy desk and cabinet area. The door leads to the laundry room and then to the garage. |
Dennie loves the spacious kitchen with the center island. |
This is the guest bedroom just waiting for you! Don't forget to make reservations! |
Looking into Dennie's studio you can see her computer setup as well as her sewing table and layout table. Since this photo was shot, Roger has added track lighting which gives Dennie all the light she needs. Soon, a design wall will be built as well. |
From within the studio you can see a portion of her fabric stash as well as the bookcases full of references. |
Shades of dusty purple, gold and terracotta in a Southwest motif decorate the guest bath and tie into the guest bedroom. |
This and the next two pictures pan about our master bedroom. Still waiting to hang pictures, make window treatments and "dress down" the expanse of wall! |

Our master bath features double inlaid sinks raised to higher level, large shower, separate water closet and access to the walk in closet. |
Viewing the backyard and the golf course from the family room slider. The pool with its built-in spa is the main attraction. The landscaping here is more tropical with numerous palms. Woks in three sizes form a cascading waterfall feature. |
Viewing the backyard from the golf course shows the covered patio. Table and chairs offer an outdoor spot for dining once we invest in a grille! |
We are fortunate for the magnificent sunsets that we see from our patio. |
With the landscape and pool lighting turned on, our yard is a favorite in the cool evenings. |
