A Liberal's Idea of the 1st Amendment??????


The First Amendment To The Constitution States:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;
or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,
and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Let's take a look at what liberalism has done in the last 20 years? or 30 years?
(This is what I have seen during my life in these United States!

(1) Re-interpreted or edited the "1st Amendment"...........
(you notice, they only say the first 10 words of the 1st Amendment!)
(2) And call the 1st Amendment, "separation of church and state.....
(3) changed our "public buildings into government buildings"
(4) changed our "public schools" to government schools......
(5) changed our "public court houses to government courthouses"..
(6) changed our "public city halls" to government city halls"
(7) changed our "public utility businesses" into government buildings
(8) changed our "public taxes" into "govermental money".......
(9) removed "prayer out of schools", due to their "mis-interpretation of the 1st Amendment".
(10) trying to remove "religious symbols from public property", oops, now called "government properties".
(11) trying to remove "religious symbols from the general public"................
(12) trying to remove "religious symbols from courthouses".....
(13) trying to remove "religious symbols from city vehicles......
(14)What's next, our cemeteries? Are we soon not allowed to have crosses, or tombstones with
.....any religious content in city cemeteries?

This is what liberalism has done to our country?

Can the Democrats really be proud of what they have done?
And let's see, whenever a Democrat and Democrats are in power
it always appears, "fascism, socialism, and communism spread"
and then, it takes "Republicans, to undo the damage!"

When Republicans are in office, we see, "Freedom spread" all over the earth!


Ok, what does the dictionary say "liberalism" means!

Liberalism; let's see, "to liberate means to free",

(Let's get the use of the words, ("of" and "from" in their perspective meanings, as well)

(free from oppression, free from imprisonment, etc.
and one ironic meaning; is "to free from a gas".

And this is what the Bush Administration has done!
He has freed the "Iraqi people from a dictator,
who has gassed his own people!

Our Flag of the United States represents "freedom", and not "occupation".



When I See It Flying and Waving Anywhere In The United States;
I think of "Freedom"....

freedom to live, freedom to love, freedom to own,
freedom to travel, freedom to share, freedom to grow,
freedom, freedom, freedom, freedom,

not death, not hate, not a dictator, not a murder, not anything negative!

It is all positive! For Freedom stands for "positive thoughts"!

Power, growth, love, land, ownership, giving, helping, understanding,
caring, sharing, liberating; and the biggest word pride, etc.

I am proud of our country's past! And it's "stand for freedom"

So, don't call yourselves, "liberals", if you are not for freedom!

and of course, watch your "interpretations!"

Hey, Hollywood, you make so many movies, showing people
willing to fight for freedom, but yet, when it really is
happening in the real world, you are against it?

Hollywood, you are so eager to make money off of war movies!
but not willing to support our troops, when it is fighting for freedom!

So, back to my topic:

And yes, freedom does have its "rules and laws" to uphold such ideals.
Which then brings me to this:
The courts and judicial branch make "rulings" and not laws"
The legislative branch makes the "laws"....
The Executive branch agains "signs these laws to be legal"..

and then, the courts "interpret" and "rule" according to these laws!
(They are not supposed to make laws!)

So, if you say you are a Democrat, ok!
Are you also, a liberal? Do you really want Democracy in the U.S, and abroad!
What does democracy mean?
A government in which supreme power is vested in the people
and represented by them or their elected representatives! (not the courts!)

So, let's see, we call our country also a "Republic"...
and just what does that mean?

A Republic is a country in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens
entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly
by them (the citizens)

Sounds like it has the same meaning of a democracy, to me!
Just worded differently!

Now, just what does this tell you?

Sounds like both parties have the same "ideals", or at least
in the earlier days of both parties!

So, what has changed?

Liberalism, has "sneaked into the Democratic party", or so
they use this word, to hide some agenda?
Well, what agenda?
(1) Is it to support atheism?
(2) Is it to support fascism?
(3) Is it to support socialism?
(4) Is it to support communism?

Let's take a history lesson!
(Evidently, not being taught currently under the liberal minded schools and colleges!)

(1) During Kennedy's term, we started the "Vietnam War"....
....(Democrats seem to forget this!) (I, Robert, was under 10 yrs of age!)
(2) During Johnson's term, the "Vietnam War continues", not won, or ended!(Remember this!)
(2) During Carter's term, Iran falls to "dictatorship"
....The Shah of Iran, is ousted by a coup of "terrorists! (Remember this!)
(3) During Clinton's term, "oh, outsourcing to China, etc!" (Remember this!)
....Terrorism expands, and yes, we had "terrorist attacks on overseas entities during his term."
And yet, the democrats claim to be for "freedom"....
freedom from what? freedom of "democracy" or a "republic"?

What truly is behind the "democratic spin meisters", and all their "rhetoric"?

Now, some liberals, also call themselves, "reformists"!

So, what do these "reformists" want our country, reformed to?
Atheism, fascism, socialism, or communism?

There are these types of people, living within our country,
for again, our motto, is "Freedom for the people, by the people, and of the people!

But, again, our country, "survived in the past", because we stood for "freedom, democracies, and republics",
that do give their people, the "right to vote" and elect their representatives,
but yet, we can be fooled by "suave, outspoken, and charismatic persons", who just might
have other intentions for this country.

I said there are "atheists, fascists, socialists, and communists", most likely living
amongst us! Have some of them, "infiltrated our system of government to try and bring
even our own "country" out of existence!

I would be weary of "liberal minded people, who call themselves reformists, for we just
don't know, what their "debonair" ideals or agendas could be within their own hearts!
That also, goes for women!

Hitler was a suave, and charismatic person! And look what happened to Germany?

So, "true Americans", who love freedoms that "Our U.S. Constitution" gives us;
don't be too eager to follow such a person, for he may just have a hidden agenda
which might be too late for us to realize.

So, let freedom ring!

(Evidently, we need to teach our students again the true meaning and interpretation of
The U.S. Constitution:

We the people of the United States, in order to from a more perfect union,
establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense,
promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and
posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America

And the:

By the way this holds true, for all governmental levels:

Local, city, state, and federal!

And again, the U.S. Legislation, is the people's supreme power to create laws!
The judicial system, only interprets the laws, and "makes rulings", of that law!
(Now, they are not to "re-interpret it", because it didn't fit society's current events!
It is to protect every citizen, their basic human right, the right to life!

(Does this ring a bell? About a recent situation in Florida, where a disabled
woman was starved to death!

And a "extreme liberal judge", allowed it?
This is what "liberalism" has brought to the U.S.

Accomplices to murder! I am appalled!

And this is my political view!

For if anyone in this land, they call "The U.S.A", did not stand
against "murder by starvation", then, I say they are guilty as an
accomplice to murder, and should hold their head in shame!

For freedom is an "earned" right! What happened to her Bill of Rights!

(The first ten amendments of the constitution is referred to the "Bill of Rights!"

Amendment 14:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;
are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or
enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;
nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;
nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

So, what do I say about this: The woman's rights were infringed upon, by the courts, our state, and
our U.S. government!

Now, how do I take this stand?

Her husband's rights, were forced upon his wife's!
(They were not hers!)

Her parents were fighting for their rights as parents and citizens!

The courts, were "closed minded", by liberal thinking, and hence,

infringed the rights of the disabled woman's rights!

Food and water are basic needs for life! We do not starve people to death!
It is immoral, barbaric, and inhumane!

I find it amusing, we call "A Living Will", with the term living; if and when
it supposedly states, it is how we wouldn't want to be kept alive by "artificial means"

and just what is "artificial means"? I suppose, Congress, needs to "create an amendment"
to discuss this!
For, if left to the state's government, we will indeed have
"50 different meanings" of what "the terms of a Living Will mean"? So, one supreme law
to "state the meanings" of what a person meant?

So, by the "current standards", if a person, just "slap hazardly makes a comment as to
"Oh, I wouldn't want to live that way!", all of a sudden becomes, a death sentence!
because a "spouse" or "another person", overheard their utterance.

This is ludicrous!

Oh, what about someone, who just is having a "bad hair day", and
inadvertantly, says, and is overheard, "I wish I was dead",
automatically, going to be construed as his or her "Living Will".

Well, here we go again!

Document vs. verbal utterance!

Who has the "true ability" to interpret or understand someone's thoughts!
(1) If it isn't written down somewhere! (To be considered legal?)
....(if not notarized, it was just some thoughts written down)
....(documents can also be forged!)

(2) Do we rely on witnesses? Well, then how many?

....(Documents versus witnesses)

....(Our courts supposedly utilize witnesses, and evidence!

(3) Evidence, documents, and such can be misleading, and or forged!

....(The courts, and/or juries, are supposed to determine some cases!

....(Perhaps, these types of situations should have been put in front
....a jury, but for one person, the "judicial system", failed it's duties!

(4) Life versus death!
....(Amendment 14, promotes the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!)
....(Our courts and laws, failed on this right to a citizen! Shame! Shame! Shame!

(So, where were the "true constitutional leaders", on this issue?

Some hiding, and shrugging their duty, to uphold the constitution!

Letting liberalism takes it's supposed "civil rights", of one man, one lawyer,
and one judge!

Where was "compassion" in the hearts of these men?

Did they have such "hardened hearts", and to promote
their own agenda, and interpretation of state laws vs. federal laws,
take precedence over morality, humanity, and compassion!

Have we truly become an "inanimate society"?

We have decided by the courts; "we should have the right to murder!">

I thought "murder in any form, is illegal"....

So, what and where did this judge, lawyer, and one man
get the idea, they had the right to "starve a woman to death?"

Well, what more can I say!

You have my opinion! And I have written to my Governor, my President,
my senators, and congressman, and some did take a stand, some just looked
the other way! Some say they were religious, but didn't vote, or didn't
save one citizen's life, by the Amendment 14, which provided that right!

Shame! Shame! Shame! On America, and those citizens, lawmakers, judges,
who preferred to push "euthanasia on humans", but yet, this wasn't the kindest
way to die! (Starvation!) Oh, America! I think of Julius Caesar! Et Tu, Brutus!
I think of Jesus Christ! Peter, must you betray me with a kiss!

Isn't this what the husband did to his disabled wife?

And this was a rough year for me, for I had to mourn the loss of two dear sweet
babies, two stillborns, (my nephew and his wife loss) who didn't have a chance
to live in this world in January 2005!

And then, in March 2005, the death of my pet, my fur companion, Zeus!
Dying of "hemangiosarcoma", March 16, 2005!

The death of Terri Schiavo, (starved to death!) in March 2005!

And then, the death of the Pope! (Although I am not Catholic!)

Death is not wished upon any soul, any human, any animal!

Yes, we have to face death, as long as we live, but we don't and
shouldn't push it ahead schedule!

(5) Faithful versus unfaithful! Religious versus non-religious
Well, if you are faithless, I guess, you are an "atheist"

Death doesn't mean much to you, or does it?
(If you die, you die, you just go back to dust!) Well, then if you are faithful, I suppose you believe in God!
The Holy Trinity! Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit!

So, if you believe in God, you must believe in Jesus.
If you believe in Jesus, then you believe in the Holy Spirit!

The shortest sentence in the Bible is:

Jesus Saves.

(So, Jesus came to earth to save his people!)

Jesus also, taught, "To be saved, ye must be born again!
Jesus, also, said, "If you have seen me, you have seen the father!(God)


(6) Reincarnation or "spirits" (angels)
