All of the following items can be ordered and paid for by mail with a check or money order, or online with a credit card exclusively through PayPal, a secure online payment service. We are sorry that we cannot take credit card orders by phone or by mail. The shopping cart is only for online purchases. Online orders will be shipped via Priority/1st class mail or Fedex 2-day service at our discretion. At check out, shipping and handling fees will be added as follows:
Orders up to $9.99--S&H=$4; $10.00-49.99 --S&H=$6; $50.00-99.99--S&H=$10; $100-199.99--S&H=$20; $200-399.99--S&H=$35.
If you prefer overnight shipping for next morning or next afternoon delivery, after completing your checkout you will be transferred to a site where you can select and pay for expedited shipping. Texas residents will be charged sales tax.
