Know all men by These presents that we Nathanill Rust & Nathaniel Rust Jnr both of the Town of Coventry in ye County of Windham in the Colony of Conecticut in New England yemen for Resonable and good Causes and Considerations thereunto moving but more espeshaly because he is our son & Grandson as a Dowry and Inharetance have Given Granted Alliened en____ed and Confirmed and by these presents wee the said Nathaniell Rust & Nathaniel Rust Jnr for our Selves and Heirs do fuly Clearly & absolutely Give Grant Allien Enseos(?) and Confirm unto Simeon Rust of Coventry his Heirs Exers administraters and assigns for ever one Certain peice or parcle of Land Lying and being in the Town of Coventry afore said being a fifty acre Divition which was Drawn for ye fifty fifth homlott and about two acres and a half which was part of a small Divition of ten acres which was Drawn to the fifty ninth Homlot in sd Town which said peice of Land is Bounded as foloweth Begining at a bush with stons a bout it by the pond & thence Runing Norwesterly by by Land of Elnathan Bridghams to an heap of stons thens Northeastwardly by sd Bridghams Land to a heap of stons & thence Norwest by a highway or Common Land to a walnut stake & stons and thence southeastwardly by an Highway to a stake & stons and thence more westerly to a heap of stons & thence Northeast by Land of William Davenports to a heap of stons and thence Southeast to a bush with stons by ye pond and thence northwardly with a_______ Line by ye pond to ye first mentioned bounds ye said Land hereby granted or Said to be granted and singuler the wood Timber water ways profits privilidges appurtenances hereof and all the estate Right Title Intrest & posestion Claim and Demand what so ever of us the sd Nathaniel Rust and Nathaniel Rust Jnr of in and to To have and to Hold the sd Land Granted or said to be granted and every part Thereof with its appurtenances unto Simeon Rust his Heirs and assigns forever To and for the onely proper use of him and them for ever and we the Said Nathaniel Rust & Nathaniel Rust Jnr and our Heirs the above Said Land Granted or said to be mentioned to be as afore sd and every part thirof with its appurtenances unto Simeon Rust his Heirs and assigns against us the said Nathaniel Rust & Nathaniel Rust Jnr and our Heirs and against all and every other person and persons whatso ever Lawfuly Claiming or may Claim sd Land will and Shall for ever warrant and defend by these presents and the above Said Land Granted or said to be granted now is and Shall from henceforth forever hereafter Shall Remain and Continue and be unto ye said Simeon Rust his Heirs and assigns frely Clearly acquited and exhonarated and Discharged of and from all and all manner of former and other Bargains Sales gifts Grants Leses and Incombrances what so ever In Confirmation of the premises we the said Nathaniel Rust and Nathaniel Rust Jnr have hereunto Set our hands and Seals this first day of May AD 1740 and in the 14th year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the II King of Great Britain france & Ireland
