To all Christian people to whom these presents shall com Know yea that I Nathaniell Rust of the Town of Coventry in the County of Windham in ye Colony of Conecticutt In Newengland yeoman for divers causes and considerations me there unto moving but in espashal manner because he is my well beloved Sone hath Given Granted aliened ensealed and confirmed and by these presents & ye sd Nathaniell Rust for my self my heirs do freely clearly and absolutely give Grant allien enseal and confirm unto Noah Rust of coventry aforesd his Heirs and asigns for ever one certain peice or parcell of Land Lying and being in Coventry aforesd which Land is an hundred acre Lott and a twenty acre Lott of Land Laid out in Coventry & the Home Lott No. 59 which Land is bounded as foloeth begining at a stack and stons standing at ye northwest corner of sd Land from sd stack and stons runs east by an highway one hundred and sixty rods to a stake and stons and from sd stack and stons Runs south by a highway one hundred and sumthing above twenty Rods to a walnut bush marked with an heap of stons about it and from sd bush and stons runs west by comon or undevided Land one hundred and sixty rods to a stack and heap of stons and from sd stack & stons Run North partly upon Elnathan Bridghams Land and partly upon John Colmans to ye first mentioned bounds The Land ____ by granted and all & singuler the wood timber stons waters ways profits priviliges and appurtenances therof and all the estate Right Title Intrest posestion Claim and Demand whatsoever of me the said Nathaniell Rust of and unto the same To Have and to Hold these Hundred and Twenty Acres of Land hear by granted and every part Thear of with its appurtenances unto Noah Rust his heirs and asigns for ever To and for ye only Proper use of him or them for ever and I the sd Nathaniell Rust and my heirs the above sd land hearby granted or mentioned to be granted as a foresd and every part thear of with its appurtenances unto ye sd Noah Rust His Heirs and asigns Against me ye sd Nathaniell Rust and my Heirs and against all and every other person or persons Lawfully Claiming or that may Claim sd Land will and shall for ever warrant and for ever Defend by these presents and The above Sd Land granted or sd to be Granted now is and from henceforth for ever hear after shall Remain continue & be unto The sd Noah Rust his heirs and Asigns freely Clearly & absolutely acquited & exhonerated and discharged of & from all manner of former & other Bargins sales gifts grants Leases debts judgments whatsoever had made commeted don acknowlidged or sufered by me or caused to be had made commeted don by me ye sd Nathaniel Rust or by any other parson shat so ever by or with my mean consent actt privity Knowlidg or procurement In wetnes whereof I the sd Rust have set to my hand and seall this sixtenth day of December in ye year 1728 in ye second year of ye Reign of Georg ye 2 King of great britan france & iarland & Ano domini 1728 signed sealled in ye presents of us wetnesses
