Know all men by these presents that I Nathanil Rust Senr of this Town of coventry in ye county of Hartford In colony of coneticut In New england yeoman for consideration of fifty acres of Land secured to mee by an instrument bareing date with these presents which sd fifty acres of Land was part of a hundred acres of Land Laid out in coventry __ ye homlott __ - which in consideration me hereunto moveing have given granted Bargined allienated ensealled & confirmed and by these presents I ye sd Nathl rust senr for my self my heirs doe fully & clearly and absolutely give grant Bargin allien Enseal and confirm unto Nathl Rust Junr of coventry his heirs & asigns for ever one certain peice or parcill of Land Lying & being In coventry aforesd which sd Land is a fifty acre divition which was Laid out In sd coventry __ ye fifty ninth Homlot In sd Town - and is Bounded North upon Land of amos Richardsons east upon a highway - south upon Land of Benjamin Janes and west upon Land of ozekel Hericks and ye asigns of Barthw Barnards The sd Land hereby granted and all & singular ye woods timber water ways profits priviledges and apurtenances thereof and allays estate Right title _____ posesion claim & demand ________ of mee ye sd Nathl Rust senr of and for & __ ye same - To Have & To Hold - the sd fifty acres of Land hereby granted _____ part thereof & with its apurtenances unto Nathl Rust Junr his heirs and asigns for ever __ & set ye only proper use of him & their for ever and I ye sd Nathl Rust senr dos heareby grant for myself and my heirs that I ye sd Nath Rust and my heirs the abovsd Land hereby granted or mentioned to be granted as aforesd and every part thereof with Its apurtenances unto ye ad Nathl Rust Junr his heirs and asigns against mee the sd Nathl Rust Senr and my heirs and against all and every other person or persons Lawfully claiming or that may claim sd Land & will and shall for ever warant and defend by these presents and ye abovesd Land granted or sd to bee granted now is and from hence for ever heareafter shall remain continue & bee unto the sd Nathl Rust Junr - his heirs and asigns freely clearly and absolutely acquitted exhonarated and discharged of & from all maner of form __ and other Bargins Sales gifts grants Leases debts duties Judgements charges & Incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted don acknowledged or suffered by mee or caused to be had maded comitted don acknowledged by mee ye sd Nathl Rust senr or by any other person whatsoever by or with any means consent or procurement In wittnes whereof I ye sd Nathl Rust have heareunto Set my hand & Sealle - the 2d day of march 1725/6- In the 12 yeare of ye Reign of our Soveron Lord King George by ye grace of god King of grate Brittan France & Ireland signed sealled In presence
