To all christion people to whom these presents shal come Know ye that I Nathal Rust of ye Town of country In ye county of Harford in ye colony of conectticut In New England yeoman for divers resonable & good causes & considerations mee thereon moving but In an especial maner Becaus he is my well beloved son have given granted aliened entitled and confirmed and by these presents I ye sd Nathal Rust for my self and my heirs doe fully clearly & absolutely give grant alien enseall & confirm unto Nathal Rust Junr of coventry his heirs & assigns forever one certain peice & parcell of Land In coventry aforesd containing ten acres of Land Is the southwest ind of the six homlott In sd town which was Laid out to ye heirs of Nicolas _________ and Lyeth 55 Rods In Lenth & is bounded as foloweth Northeast on ye Land of Benony Barnards south of ___ southwest upon highways & northwest upon the Land of Nathl Rust senr - the abovesd Land hereby granted all &^ singular the Bounds limited ______ ________ profits priviledges & apurtenances thereof & all the estate right Title interest posession claim & demand whatsoever of me the sd Nathl Rust and of in & by ye same To Have and to hold ye same Heareby granted and every part thereof with its apurtenances unto ye sd Nathal Rust Junr his heirs and asigns for ever __ & for the only proper use Benifit of him & there for ever and I The sd Nathl Rust Senr and my heirs the above sd ten acres of land heareby granted or mentioned aforesd and every part thereof with its apurtenances unto the sd Nathl Rust Junr his heirs and asigns against me ye sd Nathl Rust Senr and against my heires and against all & every other person or persons whatsoever that shall Lawfully claim or claiming ye sd Land & will and shall Remain continue & be unto ye sd Nathl Rust Junr his heirs & asigns freely & clearly and absolutely ackquit exhonorated & discharged of and from all and all manner of forme & other Bargins Sales gifts grants Leases debts dutys Judgements charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made comitted don acknowledged by mee Thee sd Nathl Rust Senr or any other person whatsoever by or with any means confront - act privity Knowledge or procurement In wittnes whereof ye sd Nathl Rust Senr have hereunto set my hand & seale this ye 2 Day of march - 1725/6- In ye 12 yeare of the Reign of our Soveron King george by ye grace of god King of grate Brittan France & Ireland ___ - Ann Dom - 1725/6
