Know all men by these presents that I nathaniel Rust senior of Coventry in the county of hartford in the colony of conitticut in newingland yeomen in consideration of 10 pounds of cirrent mony of this colony allredy Reciev according to Law secured to be paid and for these causes considerations me hereunto moving in particular as a dowry and part of his portion Cicaus(?) my son I have given granted bargined alinald and ensealed confirmed and by these presents I the sd nathanil Rust snr for my self my heres I a fully clearly and absolutly give grant baregin alien enseal and confirm unto my son nathanill Rust of coventry his heirs and assigns for each two s______ pieces and parcills of Land being sittuate and being in the town of coventry that is to say the first divition drawn to my Lott 63 lot by drought of the homlots which was drawn to G________ Right in sd coventry and is Butted and Bounded as folows upon a highway southwest upon Land belonging to ebenezore edwards northwest upon willamantick northeast upon a divition drawn upon captin Joseph Fitch Right southeast - which sd divition of Land contains forety acres be it more or les the other piece of Land is The fist divition drawn to my Lott No 55 which was my Lot bought of Joseph Olmstead and James Olmstead both of hartford which sd divition contains Thirty acres be it more or Les and is butted and bounded as folows upon a highway northeast and southeast upon a lott or land of capt Thos Richards upon a divition of land of David Leas now in the posesion of John crane - northwest with one half of the undivided land and in the town of coventry to be Laid to the sd alottment of Land I bought of the sd olmstead and the above sd land here by granted and all and singular the wood pleas him and waters ways profits priviledges and apurtenances unto the sd nathanill Rust Junr and to his heirs and assigns fore ever and fore the only proper use of him and There use and the sd nathaniel Rust Senr doth here by grant for my self and my hieres that i the sd nathaniell Rust the above sd Lands hereby presented or mentioned as afore sd and every part thereof with is ______________ unto the sd nathaneill Rust junr his heires and asigns against me the sd nathanll Rust senr and my heires against all and every person and persons whatsoever that shall Lawfully claim the same by from or under me - will and shall forever warent and for ever defend by these presents and the abovesd land now granted or soon to be granted now is and ________ _______ forever _____ as sd shall remain continue and be unto the sd nathanill Rust senr or by any other person whit___ by one with my name content or priority knowledge or procurement in witnss whereof i have set my hand and seale this 21 day of november in the yeare of our Lored 1717 and in the 4 year of our sovron Lord george by the grace of god of ingland scotland _______ and ireland King _____
