Know all men by these presents that we Solomon and Luchrisha White of Norwalk in the County of Windsor and State of Vermont Do for and consideration of Eight Pounds five Shillings Lawful money to us in hand have Before the Delivery hereof By John Willson of Coventry in the County of Tolland and State of Connecticut the Receipt whereof we do give grant Bargain and Sell and by these Presents Do have given granted bargained Sold Alien Releass convey unto him the Sd John Willson to him his Heirs and assigns forever one certain percel of Land by laying and Situate as follows Bounded as follows on the South side of Ephraim Hutchinson and the west on John Willson and on the South wd Phebe Hawkins and East of Solomon Parker containing two acres and three quarters of Land lying in the Township of Coventry and County of Tolland and State of Connecticut To have and to Hold the above Bargained Premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the sd John Willson to his Heirs and assigns to his and their own proper use Benefit and behoof forever hereby Engageing to warrant and Defend the Sd Grantee and bargained Premises against all Claims or Demands of any person or persons whatsoever In witness whereof we have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal This Second Day of March AD 1790
