To all People to whome these Presents Shall come Greeting, Know ye that we Joseph Talcott Junr & Rebekah Talcott of Coventry in the County of Windham & State of Connecticutt in new England for the Consideration of Thirty Six Pounds money Receivd to our full Satisfaction of Jacob Willson of Coventry in the County & State aforesd Do give grant Bargain Sell & confirm unto the Sd Jacob Willson his Heirs and Assignes forever on certain piece or percel of Land being & lying in the Township of Coventry being piece of Land formerly belonging to our Honnored Father William Porter Deceasd and Let out to us the Subscribers by the Distribution buting & bounding as followeth: Viz: begining at Benjn Carpenters Corner by the Highway then a West 4o South fifty five rods to Bolton line thence North 3o West Seventeen rod fifteen ______ to a stake & Stones thence East 4o North fifty five rods to the Highway thence by the Highway to the first corner continuing about Six Acres more or Less to have & to hold & above granted & bargained premises with the appurtenances thereof unto him the Sd Jacob Willson his Hears & Assignes forever to his & their own proper Use & Behoof & any use the Sd Joseph Talcott Junr & Rebekah Talcott do for our Selves and our Heirs Executors & Administrators covenant with the Sd Jacob Willson his Heirs & Assignes that all & until the Ensealing of these Presents we are well seized of the premises as a good Indefeasible Estate in fee Simple & have Good right to bargain & Sell the Same in manner & form as is Above Written & that the Same is Free of all Incumbrances whatsoever and furthermore we the Sd Joseph & Rebecah Talcott do by these Presents bind our Selves & our Heirs forever to Warrant & Defend the Above Grantee & bargained premises to the Sd Jacob Willson his Heirs and Assignes Against all Claims & Demands whatsoever in Witness whereof we have herunto Set our hands & Seals the 26th Day of October in the Year 1780
