Know all men by these Presents that I William Willson of Coventry in the County of Windham and State of Conecticut for and in Consideration of one Hundred & Two pounds five Shillings L.M. to me in hand paid or Secured to be paid to my full Satisfaction by Jacob Willson of Sd Coventry do give grant Sell Convey & Confirm unto him the Sd Jacob Willson his Heirs & Assigns forever one Certain peice of Land in the Township of Coventry afforeSd Bounded as followeth. Viz: beginning at a Stake & Stones the Southeast corner at my own Land butting South on the Highway runing near East on Sd Highway about Westerly four rods and an half to a Stake & Stones being the Southwest Corner of Lands belonging the Heirs of Francis Willson Deceased thence runing near North buting East on the land of Sd Heirs as the Stone wall now Standeth about Twenty two rods to a Stake & Stones thence runing near west buting North on the Land of Sd Heirs about Eight rods as the wall now Standeth thence runing near North buting East on the Lands of Sd Heirs about fourty three rods to a Stake and Stones thence runing near West buting North on my one Lands about Twenty Seven rods to a Stake & Stones Wall thence runing Near South buting West on my own Lands as the wall now Standeth about Sixty five rods to the first mentioned Bounds to have and to hold the above Sd Parcel of Land with all the Priviledges & Appurtenances there unto Belonging with out any Let or molestation whatsoever and furthermore I the Sd William Willson do avouch that I am the True & Lawfull owner of the above Granted Premises & have right to Dispose of the Same & do by these Presents bind my Self my Heirs Executors or Administrators to Defend him the Ad Jacob Willson his Heirs and assigns in the Peacable Possession in the above Granted Premises against all Just Claims whatsoever in Wittness & Confirmation whereof I the Sd William Willson have here unto Set my hand & affixt my Seal this 30th Day of April 1777
