Know all men by these Presents that I John Willson of Coventry in ye County of Windham and Coloney of Connecticut in New England for & in consideration of ye fatherly affection Love & good Will that I have & Gave unto my Son Joseph Willson of Tolland in County of Hartford & Coloney above Sd Do by these Presents Give Grant Sell Convey & Confirm unto him my said son Joseph one certain Tract or percel of Land Lying in ye Second Society in ye Township of Coventry in Sd County of Windham & is ye Land that I bought of John Demon Sd Land is bounded as follows Lyeth in Length 160 Rods East & West & twenty Rod in Width North & South Buts west on a highway North on a 50 acre divition and East on ____ of divition & Contains 20 acres of Land to Have and to Hold the sd Bargained Premises with all ye appurtenances & priviledges to ye Same belonging or any way appertaining unto him my Sd son Joseph his heirs & assigns to use occupie & improve from time to time & at all times forever hereafter as a good Estate of Inheritence in fee Simple furthermore I ye Sd John Willson for my Self my heirs Excers & Admsr - Covenant & Engage to warrent Secure & defend ye sd Demired Premises unto his ye said Joseph Willson his heirs & assigns against ye Lawfull Claims & Demands of aney person or persons whatsoever forever hereafter in witness hereof I have Set my hand & Seal ye 6th Day of April AD 1764
