To all people to whome these presents Shall Come Greting Know ye that I John Wilson of Coventry in ye County of Windham & Colony of Conciticut in New England by and for ye Consideration of ye Natrel affection which I bare to my Son William Willson have Given granted & Do by these presents frely give grant & convay unto him my Son William Wilson & to his heirs & Assigns for ever all my thirty four Acres & sixty Rods of Land which I bought of Jabez Lewes Sd Land is part of an Hundred acre divition ye Past Endossd divition & is Lying & being in ye Township of Coventry in ye County of Windham in New England & is buted & bounded as foloweth South upon a highway west upon Jedidiah Carpenters Land that he bought of John Lewes North upon Jedediah Carpenters Land that he bought of William Pitkin east upon ye above Sd Willsons on Land & Lyes in bredth east & west fiftyfive Rods & in Length North & south one Hundred Rods to have & to hold all ye above Sd percle of Land with all ye priviledges unto ye same belonging without any Let or molestation whatsoever and further I ye sd John Wilson do avouch that I am the True & Lawfull owner of ye above Granted premises & have Right to Dispose of ye Same & Do by these presents bind my Self & my heirs to Defend him my Son William Willson his heirs & assigns in ye peccable posestion in ye above Granted premises against all Just Claims whatsoever in witnes & for Confirmation whereof I ye sd John Willson have hereunto Set my hand & Seall this fifth day of February in ye year AD 1749/50
