To all people to whome this Deed shall come Greetings Know ye that I George Holckins of Coventry in ye County of Windham & Colony of Conecticutt in New England and for and in Consideration of ye full and ____________ sum of two Hundred and twenty pounds Corrant money of New England payd to me for land & secured to be payd by John Willson of Killingly In ye Sd County and Colony aforesaid ______________ Given Granted Bargained sold and do by these presents hereby Freely and absolutely give grant Bargain sell Convey and Confirm unto him ye above sd John Willson & to his heirs and assigns for use and piece and parcels of land lying and bounding in said Coventry being in quantity eighty eight acres of ye same is _____________ and _______________ so as follows viz: beginning at a stake and stone by a highway from there Due West by a highway one hundred and sixty rods to a stake and stone from there ye line turns by west southwest _____________ Land are hundred Rods to a stake & stone from ye Line towards east by John Kingsberys Land ninety are Rods to a stake and stone from there ye line turns south by Joseph Kingsberrys land thirty Rods to a stake & stone from there turns east by sd Joseph Kingsberry Land sixty four rods to a stake and stones by sd high y from there ye Line turns South by a highway seventy Rods & ye first mentioned above bounds to him ye John Willson and to his heirs and assigns for to Have and to hold ye above sd parcel of Land with all ye buildings and appurtenances thereof to him ye sd John Willson and to his heirs and assigns for use to his and their proper use Benefit and behold forever and ye sd George Holckins Do hereby convey & Grant and Confirm said with ye said John Willson this deed and assigns & I only true and proper owner of ye above said premises and am well seized thereof and that I will Warrant and defend ye same unto ye sd John Willson and to his heirs and assigns for suet against Lawful Claims and Demands of all and every person or persons whatso ever in Confirmation hereof I do hereto set my hand and seal this ye 19 day of January anno Dom 1734
