Know all men by these presents that I Daniell Mason of Stonington of the County of New London upon good & mature considerations me moving here unto & espetially for & in Consideration of the full & just sum of thirtie pounds Curent moneys well & truely payed by Thomas Davison & Peter Davison & George hawkings the receipt whereof I the said Daniell Mason doe acknowledge viz ten pounds at the signing this present deed and twenty pounds in Like Curent moneys will secured in Law to be payed at or before the first of November next enseuing the debt hereof I the sd Daniell mason freely fully clerly and absolutly doe give grant bargaine sell allienate & pass over unto the aforesd Thomas Davison Peter Davison & George Hawkins a certayn tract of Land swamp & madow ground in all three hundred acres in estimation more or Les as it is bounded and Layd out by Lieut Jonathan Tracy scittuate and Lying nex to pahchog ceder swamp beginning at the southwest corner upon the Line betwen Test Daniell Mason and the town of preston at a white oak tree with a rock on the east side of it & marked with KD and from there runing Northerly three hundred & twentie Rods with trees marked in the line to a white oack on the southeast corner of a pine swamp marked KD and thence southwardly with trees marked in the Line untill it cometh to the Line first mentioned and soe by sd Line to the tree first mentioned all and singuler everir part and percell thereof with all the preveleges and appurtenances there unto belonging as wood timber grass & ___ big water and water corses and rocks stones mines and minerals with whatsoever appertaineth with in the aforesd bounderies & Doth or may occuer & arise from as prophits benefits to the sole and peculier use & behoof of the aforesd Thomas Davison Peter Davison and georg hawkins for ever to have and to hereto posses & enjoy quietly and peacably with out any Lett hindrance objection rejection of me the sd Daniell mason my heirs executors administrators & assignes for ever unto the a fore sd Thomas Davison and peter Davison & georg hawkins there heirs executors administrators or assigns declaring my self the true & Lawfull proprietor of the afore sd tract of Land before the signing the present Deed and that I the sd Daniell mason have full right & full power to sell to make allienation of the aforesd baryns_ premises & shall & will warrant & defend the same against all person or persons Lawfully clayming the same and I the sd Daniell mason doe hereby covinant & promise to give more ample Deed for the strengthening & firm & sure making of the afore sd bargined premises according to the honest and genuine scope & naming of this present Deed when Loyally called therunto & in to ken of further Conformation I the sd Daniell mason sett to my hand & seale in the yere of our Lord one thousand six hundred & ninetie fouer august the fiftenth 1694
