Know all men by these presents that wee John Willson and john Wilson junr of Oburn do accept and __________ unto mis Margarett Mitchell of Cambr. in New England------Two hundred pounds currant money of sd plase as the full payment whereof wee do joyntly & solely allign bynd _____ ______, endorse, & _______ to her the sd margarett mitchell her exer, admin, assigns; And for further & better security of sd payment _____ __ freely to be made & the sd John Willson Junr for me, my heirs, exetrs & admin do bynd over, assigns & mortgage all that part of the farme by me lately __________ed of her the sd margt mitchell scituate lying & being within the comunitte & bounds of Billerica above named with all the buildings, mills, barns, _________, _____ ye now is or _____ shall be located thereon. To have and to hold the sd mortgaged & alligned premises to her the sd margarett mitchell mortgaged & alligned for us to her & their only proper use & behoof. In witness whereof wee have hereunto sett our hands & seals this twentieth day of July one thousand six hundred Eighty & two
The condition of the above written mortgage is such of whenever John Wilson hath purchased of the above named Margt Mitchell 1/3 part of her farme scittuate in Billerica bounds now in her occupation, the whole contayning by estimation five hundred rods more or less. Her paymt whereof the sd John Wilson hath given _________ Bills attesting to the agreemt that hath been made between the sd grantor & grantee: He the sd John Wilson his heirs Executors & admin, they or either of them or any doth in ye be ______ shall will & truly make payment to the sd Margt mitchell her exors admins & assigns of the overall summs deed to her payd by ye sd John Wilson the whole contayning one hundred pounds in ______ all & allowance for thirty & three pound in full: eight pounds the roof after five pound, __ hundred untill payd, __ _______ to ___ Bills being had _____ _____________ ________-- aggree that ten the abovenamed Bond & mortgage shall be utterly voyd __ of ____ effort or _____ shall stand may us it be in full _______ ________ ___________.
