At 3:00 On a rainy afternoon in September, 35,000
Minnesotans gathered in front of the State Capitol in a display of
compassion
and remembrance.
At the end of the speeches, dozens of fire trucks that had assembled
for the memorial
turned on thier lights and sirens.
