Amahl
and the Night Visitors by Gian Carlo Menotti is the story of a
lame boy who encounters the Three Wise men on their journey to meet the
infant Jesus.
Poor desolate and of humble means he offers his crutch, his only
possession as a gift to the child and is miraculously healed.
This story, rich in tradition, has touched the lives of many and will be
my last and final entry into my Puppet Parts Catalog for 2006.
