Santora Family wins Legal Malpractice Suit

Pulte Homes would like to have many believe that we lost our lawsuit against them because our claim of breach of contract was not based in fact. On June 14, 2002, a jury in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court deliberated and returned a verdict against our attorney for legal malpractice for his work on case CV-367149, Scott M. Santora, ET AL. vs. Pulte Homes of Ohio Corporation.

Those of you that have been to this site before may have been wondering what had happened after the trial ended. There were quite a few things that took place that have never been mentioned on this site before. The horror that my family experienced continued after the trial. Click here to find out what can happen when the system turns their back on you.

OPEN INVITATION

I extend an open invitation to anyone thinking about buying a home from Pulte Homes or those that may doubt the truthfulness of this web site. Come on over and visit our home to see for yourself, the condition of my home. A home that Pulte Homes stated under oath is built and was repaired to industry standards.

Mr. Jim Zeumer, this invitation goes out to you as well. Look at what your company has constructed. Whenever you're ready to talk, you know how to contact me.

I assure you that only the facts and the truth will be found in these pages. Contact me to make arrangements for a visit and see for yourself.

Look How Pulte Homes Treats their Own Employees
YouTube footage of disgruntled Pulte Homes employees caught on tape. Watch the whole video because it brings a whole new meaning to the phrase "Getting sent to the cleaners"

Better Business Bureau Releases 1999 "Top 15"
The Better Business Bureau released the rankings of the types of businesses that generated the most inquiries and complaints to Better Business Bureaus in 1999. Seven of the top fifteen are related to the building trades. Considering that Pulte Homes mostly uses sub contractors to build their houses, doesn't it just figure that those trades made the top fifteen?
Here is how the trades faired:
Ranking Type of Business Number of Inquires
#2 Roofing & Guttering Contractors 229,899
#4 General Contractors 183,931
#6 Home Construction/Remodeling
Contractors
180,240
#10 Home Builders 92,174
#11 Plumbing Contractors 88,429
#13 Windows
Installation & Service
74,900
#15 Siding Contractors 70,297
Now if someone from the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General's Office or any of the individual state attorney generals can explain to me why there are this many complaints in an industry and no investigation!!??
PEOPLE OF TEXAS BEWARE OF PULTE HOMES!
The Better Business Bureau reports that Pulte Homes has unresolved complaints on file in Texas. In Houston, the 17171 Park Row, STE 10 office, has complaints primarily about "service practices" and in two cases the problems remain "unresolved". At the 1544 Sawdust Rd., STE. 407 The Woodlands, TX 77380 office, they did not even respond to a written complaint about a warranty concern. This information was aquired from the BBB web site. So unless that source has incorrect information, I assume that it is correct. Please go to the BBB site yourself to confirm this information.
