Start/Finish – Start time is 10am on October 9, 2010, At Lida Greens Golf Course. Course will be have flags mapping out course.

Trail: Runners will enjoy a true cross country racing experience
that is both fun and challenging running on a real country trail. The
beautiful scenery of Lida Greens Golf Course is a great way to get back to
the heart of running

Categories: there are six categories
. The 3 fastest runners in each category receive ribbons/medals.

Women Under 18
Men Under 18
Women 19-40
Men 19-40
Women Over 41
Men Over 41
Awards: All Runners in the 5K and 10K will receive an
Oktoberfest Mug. Water will be available on the course along with Power Aid and other
refreshments/food at the finish.
