What It Means To Be
by spinner

A winter's tale of joy and grief
(I swear it started very brief)
Dire Warnings:
Contains a smattering of sickening-cute moments, one graphic sex scene involving object insertion, sibling rivalry, explosions, bloody violence, tears, fighting, allusions to spontaneous combustion, sobbing, sword-play, nudity, unskilled spirit channeling, boy-on-boy flirting, general goodwill between Gryffindors and Slytherins, a stray curse word or so, tongue kissing, conduit portals to hell (do not try this at home!), very mild bondage (it's hardly worth mentioning!) and one innocent little jingle-bell cockring. I think that covers it.
In which Harry and Draco discover someone has left them stockings and presents, Draco demonstrates his knowledge of chocolate, and Hermione brings the boys a tree for their tower room.
In which Severus complains about Harry's parenting skills and Hermione reveals unrest in the Stoneburne household.
In which Harry rescues, Draco screams, Teddy heals, Volkova threatens, and Harry gets to charisma Ministry Aurors.
In which Harry and Draco discover someone has left them presents that open special doors.
5- Deliveries
In which Draco thinks he's figured out who is leaving the presents, and Harry gets more than he bargained for while delivering Christmas gifts to Lupin's cottage.
In which Harry visits Severus in the wee early hours of Christmas Eve, Harry reveals to Whisper that he's been using his clairvoyance skills as bargaining tools, and Harry decides to hang a few innocent pictures in Severus's bedroom.
In which Harry mans the circulation desk at the library and asks Severus for help in pulling off Draco's Christmas gift.
8- Don't Be Afraid to Ask Mummy For Help
In which an L-9 portal is opened in the tower room and Severus gets the (bleep) scared out of him.
9- Tis The Spirit of the Season
In which Harry finds out how his Gryffindor friends are spending their Christmas Eve, and Draco makes his second sale as a merchant in Hogsmeade.
In which Harry does a bad thing for a good reason, or rather a good thing for a good reason with bad consequences. He meant well!
11- You Are Loved
In which Severus assures Draco that Harry will quit being so nice to him and will leave departed spirits at rest.
12- Three of My Favorite Words
In which Severus and Harry have a little together-time in Snape's private study at Ravensrood.
