Set before and after Halloween 7th year.
Harry is a little stressed out-- gearing up for the Halloween party at Grimwood Library-- and he believes there's someone creeping around the place because funny things keep happening. Professor Snape agrees to investigate, although he already knows the answer to Harry's problems. We get to see Draco at work as an apprentice-professor, and then we get to see Harry scare the heebie-jeebies out of Malfoy later in the Black Queen's Tower. Harry makes a pass at Henri at the Halloween celebration because he's upset that Severus doesn't come to the party. Illumina finally has her baby, and then she and Henri can't decide what to name it. Harry gets to meet Illumina's Cousin Tilda. Harry visits Doctor McGonagall, and she gives him a homework assignment. Hermione's got a new crush, and Lupin has found a tall, handsome stranger. There's a lot of love in the air-- one might think this was Valentine's Day instead of Halloween! Harry gets a couple of wolfhounds, but he's getting some extra help around the place as well. Finally, Harry gets his picture in the Daily Prophet again!
