Information
PMSystem is a computerized maintenance
system (CMMS) that will manage the maintenance and repairs of your buildings,
equipment, facilities, property, yacht, manufacturing plant and almost anything
else. Plan maintenance by calendar and/or by counter based (i.e. runtime)
scheduling. Planned maintenance is
essential to the efficient and reliable operation of any operation. Unscheduled
repairs can be reported. Special Numbered work orders can be generated and
tracked. PMSystem maintenance management software is available for Windows Standalone
or Network use.
The system was designed by a maintenance engineer in the field for over 25
years. Simplicity, accuracy and minimum amount of keyboard entry were desired.
Reports need to be meaningful but not cluttered with too much data. The system
needed to be easily managed and learned.

PMSystem for Windows can be
downloaded for evaluation by clicking below. After downloading open the
self-extracting file DEMO_PMS.exe file into an empty directory. Read the text
files and then use Windows Run program on Setup.exe to install PMSystem
application.
