WHY LOOK FURTHER? Our home is as close to Disney as you can get (click on our map icon), offers features most homes don't have and provides a secluded retreat when the parks are crowded or you want to wind down. It truly is different. One of the things that attracted us to it was its privacy and its waterfront. Even so, you can often see fireworks taking place at the DISNEY PARKS from our pool.
Located just over four miles from the Disney main gate, our home features four bedrooms, three full baths, an enclosed heated pool with Jacuzzi, marble floors, ping-pong, bicycles, air hockey, darts, a crib, stroller, a master bedroom balcony and lots of amenities you just don't normally find in rental homes. Two of the four bedrooms are located upstairs--each with its own private bath (click on our floor plan.) The master bedroom also features a balcony that overlooks the pool with a waterfront view and his/her showers in marble with brass fixtures. (You won't find that anywhere else.) The second bedroom upstairs has a window seat, its own bathroom and is decorated to feature the most famous rodent in the world. The first floor offers two more bedrooms and another complete bath. The living room and foyer are finished in white marble while a glass/marble fireplace separates the living room from the family room. The family room faces the kitchen on one end and the pool on the other. It features a Nintendo 64 and its own TV which lets the kids do their thing while parents can either watch the news or read a paper at the same time. The whole first floor features an open look with 15 foot cathedral ceilings. Please take a few minutes to look our home over. We believe you won't find a nicer vacation home anywhere in central Florida and it can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
BED ARRANGEMENTS: 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins and a double sleeper sofa.
ENTERTAINMENT: Stereo/multiplex and CD player with speakers in every room, over 30 videos ("Now Showing"), electronic darts, bicycles, ping-pong, Nintendo 64 with lots of games and an air hockey table. (PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CD'S.)
AMENITIES: Dishwasher, microwave, blender, full size washer and dryer, central air-conditioning, telephone, cable TV, an answering machine, two VCR's, two 27" stereo TV's, TV/VCR in master bedroom, Mickey Mouse TV in the kids' room, ironing board and iron. Desk and phone jack for lap-tops. Heated pool and Jacuzzi with easy to use controls.
INFANT ACCESSORIES: Private crib room off the master bedroom with a crib, stroller, high chair, blankets, lamp/cassette recorder and bumper set. Disney plates, utensils, vibrant cups/ glasses and a table and chairs for those age seven and under.
