A Super Dollfie "type" doll from Hong Kong
Jade is a doll very similar to a Super Dollfie doll, but she is made in Hong Kong.
Here is Jade dressed in her genie outfit. The outfit was custom made by me from a Gene doll pattern enlarged to fit Jade.
Jade comes with a pure white wig, but I have added a green wig, green Glastic eyes and painted her lips dark green with rasberry highlights I also added the "tatoo" on her upper arm. This doll arrives with face painted, dark blue eyes with lashes and the body sanded and blushed
Here I have repainted her in bright, sunny tones, with peach lips, green eyes,
light brown lashes and brows and an orange wig.
Here she is as she arrives in her white wig standing next to a Volks body with a
Rasen-dou head, for comparison.
The doll stands 21.5" tall, about 1/2 inch shorter than a Volks Super dollfie, but is quite a
bit heavier, around 7.5 pounds in weight. The resin is more like porcelain on this doll
and she chips easily. She comes very tightly strung and is more poseble than the Volks
Super Dollfie body.
