Our first cottage is named Ivy, after the plant climbing up the stucco finish of the side and front walls. It is typical of the cottages found in quiet country lanes of rural South West England.
For those interested in stitching this pattern, it has 124 by 156 stitches. The model is stitched on 16 count and mounted in a 11" by 14" frame. On 14 count the stitching would measure approximately 9" by 11".
