The Unknown Airman

An E-5 drowned while swimming at the Wallace Beach in 1967. I don't have his name or remember the exact date. I remember the tragedy well for I had the sad duty of escorting the poor Airman's remains back to Clark.

details - He was discharged from the AF in 72 and went to Vietnam as a civilian worker. While there he was killed in a Viet Cong attack at the base he was working at.
