Please remember that if your say you are going to be at the Banquet, you have to pay for your meal. Last year we had eight meals for personnel not showing that we still had to pay for them out of our Reunion money. I have to make all banquet reservations three days prior.
The 2008 Reunion in Memphis, TN. , was again very successful, with a Cruise on Mississippi River, Tour of Graceland, and visiting Beale Street. Special thanks go out to Toby and Pat Edstrom, Patricia Curlew and my wife Randolyn Kelley. We had 53 crew members and their wives or other guests. There were over 75 crew members and guests attending the banquet.
We are expecting a larger turnout this year in San Francisco. We are only allotted 40 rooms to start with this year so please get your rooms early. If we fill them, then we can get 10 more room prior to Reservation Cut-Off Date of Sept 3, 2009. Please do not wait till last date to reserve rooms. We had to obligate to 35 rooms in order to get this rate and amenities. Room cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date, or a one night room rate and tax will be charged. Rates are the best in the area and parking was included These rates are good for three days prior and three days after our reunion dates.
** Hospitality Room will be available daily. Pictures, Video’s, and Ship’s Memorabilia will be available for viewing.
Presently, I am unable to obtain current times, fees, and dates of tours available.
