Our Vision The Otterbein Lake steering committee will lead the community in developing Otterbein Lake as a scenic, environmental, educational and recreational oasis that is accessible to all. The new park will be: · A tribute to their hometown created by the people of Westerville · A scenic jewel · A place to celebrate the earth · An area where people of all ages have seasonal fun · A site for outdoor education · An opportunity to learn leadership and get excited about the community · An attraction for visitors to enjoy
