There is now good evidence that "Taylor Jimenez" is Joe Jared of Orange, CA. NOTE: "Taylor" did post

Dear Westhost:
You have a customer that periodically posts a libelous web site
against me. It is in large part false and is
libelous/slanderous/defamatory Right now it is not up, but I
am writing to you to inform you of the abusive nature of this
customer of your and to inform you that he is basically engaging
in extortion (I do not post to newsgroups OR he will put up the web
page). This alone seems to me to be enough that you would want
to prevent this customer from putting up the web page against me.
BUT there have been more gross improprieties.
As I informed you last time he DID put the slanderous web page up:
When I wrote him as a web site administrator (administrator of
lart.com) he immediately harassed me in email and proceeded to
post my previously unknown email address all over the nasty Internet
newsgroups.
Third, he is signed up with your service with false information.
The likelihood his high that his first name is not Taylor. Second,
the address of 666 lart ave. is false. Thus you have a customer
who is a domain admin. who is signed up falsely.
Finally, lart.com is simply an abuse domain. It exists only to
provide an "FAQ" for the abuse newsgroup alt.usenet.kooks
(see www.lart.com/auk) and to
put up defamatory/slanderlous/libelous abusive web pages against
people.
I think you should cancel his account. But, in any case, he should
be prohibited from putting up the web page against me
(which he puts, typically, at http://www.lart.com/brad)
Evidence for all the allegations I have just made are below (or at
least for the first 2 allegations I made -- the other 2 you can
verify for yourself.
Thanks for your attention to this problem.
Sincerely, Brad Jesness (altshift@worldnet.att.net OR altshift@att.net)

That's correct. No hack took place. Brad is not that smart. As long as
Brad is MIA, the page will remain as is. The minute Brad shows up and
freaks out, the Brad FAQ goes back up.
The Advocate is not a unfair man. If Brad can live up to his agreement so
can The Advocate. Brad breaks his word, the page is up with tons of new
info loaded for maximum embarrassment.

Well it appeared as if Brad Jesness was going to behave Monday afternoon so
I held off on opening the new Brad FAQ at Lart.Com. However today it
appears he is off on his typical hysterical-bitch fits again so if I see one
post from him today the Brad FAQ goes up.
If Brad actually "takes a week off" then the Brad FAQ will remain off-line
for another week. His choice as usual.

(end quoted posts of extortion)
Unfortunately it is taking longer to find evidence that he
posted my email address than I thought. Possibly he marked the
x-no-archive so I cannot find them in google right away. I will
continue to try.
You do have past email from me showing his email abuse of me after
I contacted him as a domain admin.
Dear Westhost:
Re: "Taylor" Jimenez, domain admin. of www.lart.com (on your service)
This is a follow-up to my last post to you about an abusive customer
(domain administrator) you have. This has to do with the way this
domain administrator revealed my email address publicly to abusive people,
IN ADDITION to emailing me in a harassing manner, just after I wrote to
him to complain about the libelous and personal and abusive web site of his,
http://www.lart.com/brad (which is not up now, but threatens to be up again
soon -- see my last email to you). OTHER EVIDENCE OF HIS EXTORTION THREATS
CAME IN A PREVIOUS EMAIL TODAY.
Since "Taylor" Jimenez did apparently post my email address using x-no-archive
and also he posted it using aliases (that looked like forgeries from me).
STILL, I am able to provide some record of the postings he did to solicit
abuse on me at my previously unknown email address by quoting posts that
quote his "forgeries" of me giving out my address (see below my signature)
Please take care of this problem. Thanks.
Sincerely, Brad Jesness
The forgeries by your customer appear quoted in the following posts:

You're right. What was I thinking?
Whilst surfing the web, I found a picture of Brad's penis, perhaps it
should be included in the lart FAQ?
