Payment Options:  Personal check, Money order, or PayPal; checks from outside the USA must be in US dollars from a US bank
Shipping Method:  Orders shipped via USPS media mail (book/media mail rate) or via UPS, unless otherwise requested.  Items are shipped upon receipt of payment
Shipping Costs:  Postage will be estimated, any balance will be credited or refunded.  Postal insurance is extra, if desired.
Packing/Handling:  3% flat fee for orders under $300; no charge for orders $300 and up
Packing:  Most items are wrapped in heavy paper and/or bagged, then boxed.  Some smaller items will be wrapped, cardboard-sandwiched, and shipped in a padded envelope.
Shipping Liability:  I make every attempt to package your items so they will arrive in "as shipped" condition.  However, I cannot take responsibility for damage that may occur in transit.
Prices/Availability:  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Supply is limited to stock on hand.  All items are offered subject to prior sale.
Condition: Most items are in Fine to As New condition.  Most recent items are As New.  Older items are more likely to contain pencil/pen notes.
Most notable defects are described in the Comments column.  Please ask if you would like a more detailed description of a particular item.
As New, Mint: No signs of wear or defects, bright and crisp.
Very Fine: Nearly new, with minimal signs of use, wear, or discoloration.
Fine: Nice copy, with minor scuffs, creases, notations.
Very Good: More wear and scuffs, no serious defects.
Good: Used and worn, complete, working copy.
