Independent contractor hired to test Beta-version of interactive web site software on remote (out of state) location. Acted as "User's Point of View" for functionality, intuitive controls, and interactive features. Communicated with superiors and co-workers in a tele-commuting setting.

Acted as a Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst on Windows based computers. Duties included acting as a member of a software development team, designing testing criteria, and analyzing potential problems with pre-market software applications. Wrote technical reports for rest of development team detailing test procedures and product conflicts. Laid off from Dynamix/Sierra due to corporate restructuring and relocation of Dynamix/Sierra's Quality Assurance department to Bellevue, Washington.

Tutored Computer Information Technology students over three terms and assisted faculty lab director in maintaining computer terminals, CIT Lab LAN, and peripheral equipment. Responsible for running lab during evening hours & (at closing time) closing down lab stations, shutting down peripheral equipment, and insuring lab's physical security was activated before my leaving.
