Bulking Out - I use aluminum foil, both wadded up and in strips.
I'm starting to work in some details, such as the general shape of the
head, the thickness of the neck & horn bases, and the general body
shape (including the shoulders). Compare where the horn bases
are now as opposed to where the wire is attached in the first photo. The
wires imbedded in the head are not part of the exterior horn shape -
you want any curves to be above the horn base after you get done
bulking it out.
