Louisville is home to Churchill Downs and the famous Kentucky Derby. Around here, you become very aware of that the First Saturday in May is not just any Saturday! The Derby festivities start two weeks prior to that very special Saturday, and they start out with quite a bang! If you have never been to Thunder Over Louisville, you should make it sometime. It's a site you will never forget. There are many exciting activities that take place during Derby Week.
