Nancy was removed from her biological home at the age of 4, after her biological mother, Marie Leona (Lee) Lackey,  broke her leg.  The following pictures of Nancy, at the age of 4, were taken at her first foster placement after this incident.  These pictures were given to me by the foster mother.  Nancy had very good memories about this foster mother and family.
