Paul is Nancy's oldest biological brother. He is the son of Richard Lackey. Paul was 4 years older than Nancy. Paul was also removed from the biological home and placed in foster care. After being in several foster homes, Paul returned to live with his biological mother, Marie Leona (Lee) Lackey, when he was in his teens.
Because of Paul's friendship with my friend's son, I was able to find him, Arthur, and Kimberly. Nancy really enjoyed the days she had playing with her biological siblings before we moved from Massachusetts.
Paul was very happy to have Nancy come to live with him in Massachusetts in 1989. He wanted all his brothers and sisters to be together again.
I had not seen nor talked to Paul since he was 12 years old. After talking to him, I am also convinced he loved Nancy very much and had nothing to do with her death.
