Spring 2008

Spring was once again a very busy season. A final visit to Georgetown
University in late March, helped Kari definitively decide upon
GU. Throughout the Spring, a large chunk of time was taken up
by a very, very succesful Track season, and of course it meant the
start of rock
climbing
season. In addition, there was quite a bit of bike
riding in the Spring.
Below you can see a view of Healy Hall on the Georgetown University
campus, and also the famed "exorcist stairs" adjacent to the campus.

As mentioned, we did get in quite a bit of biking this Spring.
Below you can see Kerry's old bike at the Colonial Village (at Johnson
Park in Piscataway), and the infamous "Uncle Sam's house" (as described
within "Weird NJ") also located in Piscataway.
A very large part of the Spring of 2008 was consumed by Track
events. You can see Kari running in the GMC relays, and also a
shot of her at her last HS track meet (the State Groups).
Tom and Kerry got in several bike rides during the Spring. In the
below shots you can see Tom at the small lake in Piscataway, and also
Tom taking a short break on the Rutgers' Livingtson campus.
In addition, you can see the Edison Tower, that we rode to on several
of
our bike rides. Also, there is a picture of Rhea's birthday party
at the Duke Estates.

Of course what Spring could be complete without baseball and rock
climbing. You can see an image from the EHS vs JP baseball game
(held at Patriot stadium), and a shot that Kerry took of Ryan leading
the very picturesque - and exposed- CCK (up at the Gunks).
