Coffman - Spring 05

Like most years, 2005 definitely had a Spring.    Quite a bit of it was taken up with sports: baseball, soccer and track - and
of course Kari's broken leg.  However, there were several other highlights including some early trips to Six Flags, some
exciting dog walks, and the finding of "Rocky".  Rocky is a baby snapping turtle that was probably only a couple of days
old when we found him - a LONG ways from the nearest stream - on one of our exciting dog walks.   He was near the road
and wouldn't have lasted long, so we brought him home.  He's doing fine, eating like a pig, and getting bigger and bigger!!  He and
Bo Dog get along "swimmingly"!!

The first set of pictures below were taken at Six Flags.  One of them shows Tom, Rhea and Sudha getting read to head UP
on the parachute ride, whereas the second one shows Tom doing one of  his favorite activities: shooting things in a video game
(at the Six Flags arcade)!

Below is a picture of Rocky.  Also we can see Bo Dog with her head stuck into a ground hog hole during one
of our dog walks.  Somehow it reminded me of Pooh and the honey jar!

Tom also played Spring Ball on the Major Mets, AND he received an award in the Spring for being
one of the Students of the Month at School!!!

Soccer 2005

Baseball 2005

Below are a couple of shots from two of the HS track meets.  The first one shows some of the spear chuckers (aka
javelin throwers) and the other one just shows some of the girls waiting for their event.
