Mission
The goal of this program from USAW/NJ is to encourage our athletes to become the best they can. In addition our goal is to encourage those who have success in one event to transfer this to the premier event, The Cadet and/or Junior Nationals. USAW/NJ will do this by looking for ways to lower the expense for many of our trips.
