A maximum of 32 freestyle teams will compete. Wrestlers will get from 5-9 matches. Mission is to provide a low cost opportunity for individuals to get the widest possible exposure to national caliber competition prior to the individual Cadet and Junior Nationals. ***************************************************************************************************************** TRIP COORDINATOR: Mr. John Welch PH: 908-766-6828
ELIGIBILITY: Current USAW CARD and a JUNIOR age level. NJ will take the highest place finisher in the Junior Freestyle States who wants to go and commits to the junior nationals. Next in line will be team leaders choice based on interest and talent.
STYLES: FREESTYLE Friday 6/25 (Greco starts Thursday 6/24)
COST: $450.00 (Includes air flight transportation, motel, entry fee, uniform use that will also be used at Fargo, and security deposit) Athlete will be responsible for meals and other incidental costs. Coaching, fun, learning, and team support form New Jersey's best team will be a major asset to this team package. (First place finishers in the Junior Freestyle states who commit to the Junior nationals (Jr Elite Team) will get this trip at a very reduced cost).
DEPART: TRANSPORTATION WILL DEPART FROM: NEWARK AIRPORT AT: morning of Friday 6/25
RETURN: TRANSPORTATION WILL RETURN AT: Late Sunday eve 6/27
DEADLINE: A DEPOSIT OF $250.00 MUST BE MADE BY June 12
